There are several shapes and sizes of cake you can choose from round, square, petal, heart or oval.

Choose cake varieties from rich fruit cakes laced with brandy mouthwatering vanilla, chocolate, lemon or chocolate-orange sponge cakes or Madeira. You think of a shape or flavor and we'll bake it!

Fillings and decorations

chocolate fudge, chocolate ganache, vanilla frosting. Exquisite hand-crafted sugar flowers are then created to match your colour scheme or wedding dress embroidery. Vanilla, lemon or chocolate cupcakes and profiteroles can also be used to create or enhance your cake design.
